- 1 thick barley or wheat rusk
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 100 gr mizithra or feta cheese
- Salt, oregano
Sprinkle rusk with very little water to dampen and soften slightly. Place it on a plate, drizzle tomato, salt, olive oil, mizithra or grated feta cheese and oregano and serve immediately.
